Cheeky Chook adds some laid back country charm to the Funky Friends Factory collection. She can be made from your fabric scraps to give a whole variety of different looks but I still like to make her comb and giblets (below the beak) with stretchy fabrics so they are easier to turn.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:

Most fabrics can be used for the body. For the comb and giblets (below the beak) will be easier to turn with stretchy fabrics like fleece or Cuddle).

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Main (Body) Fabric - 30cm x 55cm wide (12inches x 21½inches wide)
• Contrast (Comb) Fabric - 20cm x 45cm wide (8inches x 17¾inches wide)
• Wing Fabric - 20cm x 36cm wide (8inches x 14½inches wide)
• Beak Fabric - 10cm x 10cm (4inches x 4 inches)
• 9mm craft eyes or black embroidery thread for eyes.
