About Us - We believe everyone deserves a beautiful quilt. 

In 2021, we started Thread Alchemy with the simple goal of giving the world great quilts. From that day forward we have stopped at nothing to create the most original, creative and beautiful designs. Chantel has been working in fiber arts for over 40 years and prolifically quilting for over 20 years for friends and family prior to deciding to share her talents with the world.

We’ve personally sought education at every opportunity to continuously improve our skills. Thread Alchemy will custom design your quilt top and or quilting pattern to your specifications. In addition to our original design work, we keep up to date on current and best practices and patterns offered by other designers.


Thread Alchemy is based in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. We are a family based business and as such Chantel is grateful for the loving support and devotion of her husband Todd in building our little empire. 

We support a number of charities in our quilting program including Quilts of Valor, Project Linus, and Biker’s Against Child Abuse (BACA).
